Clomipramine (Anafranil), FDA approved for human use, is also used in veterinary medicine to treat aggression and obsessive-compulsive disorders such as tail chasing. Clomipramine may also be useful in cats, but cats tend to be more sensitive to tricyclic antidepressant drugs.
